摘要
为解决Revit软件桥梁建模效率低,难以建立现浇桥梁空间曲线形体及精准定位桥梁构件等问题,通过Civil3D、Dynamo及Revit等软件的应用研究及多个现浇桥梁工程建模实践,利用Civil3D实现按设计道路路线快速导出中心线数据,设计Excel表格分类收集存储路线中心线、桥梁构件族参数及其他有关建模信息,实现用Dynamo导入Excel信息数据并分类筛选后对Revit项目中对应的参数族进行批量赋值及放置,实现通过箱梁截面参数族按设计路线、结构形式及施工分段分块快速生成现浇箱梁空间曲线实体,并可直接导入Revit生成对应的族,达到“一键”建模的目的。研究证明,基于Revit+Dynamo建模,能够使工程技术人员的现浇桥梁建模效率比常规方法提高4~6倍,桥梁结构形体及定位精度能够达到与设计参数保持一致,解决Revit无法完成箱梁复杂的空间曲线空腔异形体建模问题。同时,Dynamo可视化编程软件直观,易于普通工程技术人员快速掌握。
In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency of bridge modeling in Revit software,and it is difficult to establish the spatial curve shape of cast-in-place bridge and accurately locate bridge components,the application research of Civil3 D,Dynamo and Revit software as so as the modeling practice of several cast-in-place bridge projects are carried out.By using Civil3 d,the centerline data can be quickly exported according to the design road route,and the Excel table is designed to classify and collect the centerline of the storage route,the parameters of the bridge component family and other relevant modeling information.After the Excel information data is imported and classified by Dynamo,the corresponding parameter family in the Revit project is assigned and placed in batches,and the spatial curve entity of the cast-in-place box girder can be quickly generated by the box girder section parameter family according to the design route,structure form and construction section,and the corresponding family can be directly imported into Revit to achieve the purpose of'one key'modeling.The research proves that based on Revit+Dynamo modeling,the modeling efficiency of cast-in-place bridge of engineering and technical personnel can be improved by 4 to 6 times compared with the conventional method.The bridge structure shape and positioning accuracy can be consistent with the design parameters,so as to solve the problem that Revit cannot complete the modeling of complex spatial curve cavity of box girder.At the same time,Dynamo visual programming software intuitive,easy to ordinary engineering and technical personnelto quickly grasp.
