玻璃-钢纤维增强路用橡胶混凝土力学性能研究

摘要 为了改善路用橡胶混凝土的力学性能,本文采用混掺玻璃/钢纤维的方法对其受压性能进行加强。探究了不同玻璃纤维和钢纤维掺量对路用橡胶混凝土受压性能的影响规律。分析了玻璃/钢纤维增强橡胶混凝土的失效演化过程。揭示了混掺玻璃/钢纤维对橡胶混凝土抗压强度、峰值应变、弹性模量、泊松比和抗压韧度的影响机制。研究表明,玻璃纤维能够控制橡胶混凝土微裂缝的形成,钢纤维能够控制混凝土宏观裂缝的发展。两者相辅相成,对橡胶混凝土抗压强度、峰值应变和抗压韧度均有极大改善。 To improve the mechanical property of rubberized concrete for highway,this paper adopted the method of mixing glass/steel fibers to strengthen its compressive performance.The influence of different glass fiber and steel fiber contents on the compressive performance of rubberized concrete for highway was explored.The failure evolution process of glass/steel fiber reinforced rubberized concrete was analyzed.The influence mechanism of mixed glass/steel fibers on the compressive strength,peak strain,elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio,and compressive toughness of rubberized concrete was revealed.It is found that glass fiber can control the formation of micro cracks in rubberized concrete,while steel fiber can control the development of macro cracks in rubberized concrete.The glass fiber and steel fiber can complement each other,and greatly improve the compressive strength,peak strain,and compressivetoughness of rubberized concrete.
