维生素D在儿童保健中促进身高增长的效果

Analysis of the Effect of Vitamin D Utilization in Children's Healthcare Height Promotion Therapy

目的探讨维生素D对儿童保健身高促进的干预成效。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月菏泽市妇幼保健院接受儿童保健的儿童140例。以随机数字表法将其纳入不同的组别,每组记录样本量为70例。对照组采用常规儿童保健治疗方案,研究组在此基础上服用维生素D,强化维生素D、身高的监测。对比分析组间骨代谢指标、生长发育结果等。结果治疗后,两组相关骨代谢指标测定结果均有较治疗前上升的趋势,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);在骨龄、生长速率、身高、超声骨密度等方面,两组均比治疗前增长,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿童保健身高促进的治疗期间,应用维生素D可收益良好效果,除能够提高儿童身高外,还可促进其生长发育,增加其骨密度。同时,此种治疗方案对提高患儿骨代谢水平作用突出,利于改善其预后。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of vitamin D intervention on height promotion in child health care.Methods A total of 140 cases of children receiving child health care from December 2021 to December 2022 in Heze Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.They were included in different groups by random number table method,and the sample size of each group record was 70 cases.The control group adopted the conventional child health care treatment program,and the study group took vitamin D on top of it to strengthen the monitoring of vitamin D and height.Bone metabolism indexes and growth and development results were compared and analyzed between the groups.Results After treatment,the results of related bone metabolism indexes measured in both groups had a tendency to increase compared with the pre-treatment period,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);in terms of bone age,growth rate,height,and ultrasonic bone mineral density,both groups increased compared with the pre-treatment period,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of vitamin D during the treatment of height promotion in children's health care has been shown to be effective,not only in increasing the height of children,but also in stimulating their growth and development and increasing their bone density.At the same time,this treatment regimen has an outstanding effect on improving the bone metabolism level of the children,which is conducive to the improvement of their prognosis.
