达格列净结合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的疗效及相关影响因素分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Dagliflozin Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Heart Failure and Related Influencing Factors

目的探究达格列净结合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的疗效及影响因素。方法纳入2022年10月至2023年10月六盘水市人民医院收治的72例糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,均接受达格列净结合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗3个月,按疗效将其分成有效组(52例)与无效组(20例),采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响疗效的因素。结果无效组在糖尿病病程、规律饮食及运动、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、心功能分级与有效组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经Logistic回归分析,发现上述指标均是导致治疗无效的独立影响因素。结论部分患者治疗无效与糖尿病病程、规律饮食及运动、HAMA评分、心功能分级等因素有关,需引起重视,尽早制订对应措施进行干预。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and factors affecting the efficacy of dagliflozin combined with sacubitril valsartan in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with heart failure.Methods A total of 72 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with heart failure admitted to Liupanshui People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were included in the study according to retrospective analysis,all of them were treated with dagliflozin combined with sacubitril valsartan,and they were divided into an effective group(n=52)and an ineffective group(n=20)according to the efficacy of the treatment,and selected Logistic regression to analyze the items with differences to derive the factors affecting the efficacy.Results The difference between the ineffective group and the effective group in terms of diabetes duration,regular diet and exercise,Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA)score,and cardiac function grading was statistically significant(P<0.05),and analyzed by Logistic Regression Equation,it was found that all of the above indexes were the influencing factors leading to ineffectiveness of treatment.Conclusions The ineffectiveness of treatment in some patients is related to the duration of diabetes mellitus,regular diet and exercise,HAMA score,cardiac function classification and other factors,which need to be emphasized and corresponding measures should be formulated for intervention as early as possible.
