循证支持下的舒适护理对急性上呼吸道感染患者的症状改善及舒适度的影响

Influence of Evidence-Based Comfort Nursing on Symptom Improvement and Comfort in Patients with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的分析循证支持下的舒适护理对急性上呼吸道感染患者的症状改善及舒适度影响。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月于我院治疗的92例急性上呼吸道感染患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(46例)和对照组(46例),试验组予以循证支持下的舒适护理,对照组予以常规护理,对比两组患者护理前后依从性、Kolcaba舒适状况量表改善情况、症状(咳嗽、咽痛、肺啰音、发热、流涕)消退时间、住院时间、满意度、并发症(惊厥、头晕、皮疹、胃部不适)发生情况。结果两组急性上呼吸道感染患者护理前依从性、舒适度评分相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后依从性、舒适度评分均改善,且试验组依从性、舒适度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组急性上呼吸道感染患者咳嗽、咽痛、肺啰音、发热、流涕等症状恢复时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),惊厥、头晕、皮疹、胃部不适等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证支持下的舒适护理能有效促进急性上呼吸道感染患者的症状改善,提高患者的舒适度和依从性,能有效减少并发症发生,缩短患者恢复时间。

Objective To analyze the influence of comfort nursing supported by evidence on symptom improvement and comfort in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)by random number table method.The experimental group was provided with evidence-based comfort nursing,while the control group was provided with routine nursing.The compliance,improvement of Kolcaba score,resolution time of symptoms(cough,sore throat,pulmonary rales,fever,runny nose),length of hospital stay,satisfaction,and occurrence of complications(convulsion,dizziness,rash,stomach discomfort)were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups in compliance and comfort scores before nursing(P>0.05),and after nursing,compliance and comfort scores were improved,and the compliance and comfort scores of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of cough,sore throat,pulmonary rales,fever,runny nose and other symptoms and hospitalization time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications such as convulsion,dizziness,rash and stomach discomfort was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing with evidence-based support can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection,improve the comfort and compliance of patients,and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the recovery time of patients.
