针对性护理模式在小儿哮喘中的临床效果以及对哮喘控制、肺功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Targeted Nursing Mode in Children with Asthma and Its Influence on Asthma Control and Pulmonary Function

目的针对性护理模式在小儿哮喘中的临床效果以及对哮喘控制、肺功能的影响。方法选取2022年12月至2023年12月莆田市第一医院收治的160例小儿哮喘患儿,采用随机数表法按照1∶1分为对照组和观察组,各80例,对照组患儿予以常规护理,观察组患儿予以针对性护理措施,对比两组患儿的哮喘控制情况[儿童哮喘控制测试问卷(Ch-CACT)]、肺功能指标、依从性和护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患儿Ch-CACT评分均有提升,而观察组的Ch-CACT评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的FEV1、FVC、PEF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿依从性高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可有效提升小儿哮喘的控制水平,患儿依从性较高,有利于改善肺功能指标,家长对护理满意度较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of targeted nursing mode in children with asthma and its influence on asthma control and lung function.Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,160 children with pediatric asthma admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method 1:1,each with 80 cases;children in the control group were given routine care,and those in the observation group were given targeted care measures,and the asthma control[Chinese-children's asthma control test(Ch-CACT)],lung function indexes,adherence and satisfaction with care were compared.function indexes,adherence and nursing care satisfaction.Results After nursing care,the Ch-CACT scores of the children in both groups were improved,while the Ch-CACT scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the FEV1,FVC,and PEF of the children in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing can effectively improve the control level of pediatric asthma,the compliance of children is high,is conducive to improving lung function indicators,and parents have high satisfaction with nursing,suggesting clinical application.
