针对性护理在更年期异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果以及对睡眠质量的影响

Targeted Nursing Application Effect and Observation of Sleep Quality for Abnormal Uterine Bleeding During Menopause

目的分析更年期异常子宫出血针对性护理的应用效果。方法以2021年6月至2023年6月石鼓卫生院收治的40例更年期异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,根据治疗期间的护理模式分为对照组(20例,常规护理)和观察组(20例,针对性护理),对比分析两组患者的临床指标及护理前后的负面情绪、睡眠质量、生活质量、更年期自护能力以及对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组患者控制出血时间、完全止血时间及总住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、更年期生活质量评分量表(MRS)评分均较干预前降低,自护能力评分较干预前却有显著的提高(均P<0.05);且观察组SAS、SDS、PSQI、MRS评分均低于对照组,自护能力评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。护理满意度观察组也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对更年期异常子宫出血患者采取针对性护理,可有效保障治疗效果,促进疾病症状与睡眠质量改善,并提升患者更年期自护能力,减轻心理负担,且取得较高护理满意度评价。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of targeted nursing application for abnormal uterine bleeding during menopause.Methods Forty patients with abnormal menopausal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the objects of this study.According to the nursing mode during treatment,they were divided into control group(20 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(20 cases,targeted nursing).Clinical indicators,negative emotions,sleep quality,quality of life,menopausal self-care ability and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results The control group had longer bleeding control time,complete hemostasis time,and total hospital stay than the observation group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS,SDS,PSQI,and MRS scores of the observation group were all lower than those before the intervention,while the self-care ability score was higher than that before the intervention(all P<0.05).In addition,the SAS,SDS,PSQI,and MRS scores were all lower than those of the control group,while the self-care ability score was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group also outperformed the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing care for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during menopause can effectively ensure treatment effectiveness,promote improvement of disease symptoms and sleep quality,enhance the patient's self-care ability during menopause,reduce psychological burden,and achieve high nursing satisfaction evaluation.
