摘要
目的分析儿童接种流感疫苗预防效果情况。方法抽取2022年1—12月接种流感疫苗的80名儿童作为观察组,同期选择80名未接种流感疫苗儿童作为对照组。分析两组不同时间段流行性感冒发生情况、36项简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分及体格发育情况;分析观察组儿童接种流感疫苗后不良反应情况以及家长对疫苗接种的满意度情况。结果观察组随访3个月、6个月、12个月的流行性感冒发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组社会领域、生理领域、心理领域、环境领域等SF-36各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。对照组体重和BMI等体格发育指标均低于观察组(均P<0.05)。观察组接种部位红肿发生率为1.25%(1/80),观察组家属对疫苗接种的满意度为96.25%(77/80)。结论儿童接种流感疫苗能够有效预防流行性感冒,接种安全性较高,同时还能有效改善生活质量,提高机体体格发育水平,获得家属满意评价。
Objective To analyze the preventive effect of influenza vaccination in children.Methods A total of 80 children who received influenza vaccine from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 80 children who had not received influenza vaccine were selected as the control group.The occurrence of influenza,the short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36)score and physical development in different time periods were analyzed between the two groups.To analyse the adverse reactions of children in the observation group after influenza vaccination and parents'satisfaction with the vaccination.Results The incidence of influenza in the observation group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months of followup was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The body weight and body mass index of the control group were lower than those of the observation group(all P<0.05).The incidence of redness and swelling at the vaccination site in the observation group was 1.25%(1/80),and the satisfaction of family members in the observation group with vaccination was 96.25%(77/80).Conclusions Influenza vaccination in children can effectively prevent influenza,has high safety of vaccination,and can effectively improve the quality of life and improve the level of physical development,obtaining family satisfaction ratings.
