摘要
文章对于软质仪表板在PAB点爆工况下的皮泡分离失效问题进行了系统性的试验及仿真研究:设计并开展样条级拉断力与撕剥力试验,表征了特征结构样条拉断失效阈值与剥离强度区间。建立了层合结构有限元仿真模型,采用等效厚度方法模拟表皮与骨架弱化区域特性,使用*MAT_169材料本构表征发泡失效特性。对标结果显示,样条级与系统级仿真分析结果与试验均吻合良好,验证了该建模方法和仿真参数的合理性与准确性。在此研究基础上,通过集成仿真分析对优化设计方案进行研究,并闭环验证了最终方案的有效性。分析结果显示,皮泡撕剥长度的仿真值与试验值相对误差小于10%,为类似设计概念和制造工艺的零件开发提供了工程经验与优化思路。
A systematic experimental and simulation study is conducted on the skin blister separation failure issue of the soft instrument panel under the PAB deployment condition.Tensile and peel stripe experiments are conducted to represent tensile failure threshold and peeling strength range.A laminated structure finite element simulation model is established,the equivalent thickness method is utilized to simulate the characteristics of the skin and skeleton weakening areas,and*MAT_169 material constitutive model is applied to characterize foam failure characteristics.Comparative results show that simulation is in good match with the experiments results on both stripe-level and integratedlevel,validating the rationality and accuracy of the modeling method and simulation parameters.Based on this study,optimization design schemes are studied through integrated simulation analysis,and the effectiveness of the final scheme is closed-loop verified.The analysis results show that the relative error of the simulation value of the skin peeling length to the experimental value is less than 10%,providing engineering experience and optimization ideas for the development of parts with similar design concepts and manufacturing processes.
