纸板作为电子产品功能部件的验证方法研究

摘要 基于纸板的密度和结构特性,以照明产品作为载体,研究纸板作为电子产品功能部件的验证方法。提出纸板需要进行的测试:需要对纸板进行绝缘测试,以验证其防火特性;进行高温高湿测试,以验证湿度对其强度的影响;进行干湿测试和紫外测试,以验证其色牢度和强度的影响;进行寿命吊重测试,以确认是否满足电子产品要求。 Based on the density and structure characteristics of cardboard,the verification method of cardboard as a functional part of electronic products is studied with lighting products as the carrier.The paper puts forward the test of paperboard:It is necessary to carry out insulation test of paperboard to verify its fire resistance;High temperature and high humidity test was carried out to verify the influence of humidity on its strength;Wet and dry tests and UV tests are carried out to verify the influence of color fastness and strength;Perform life load tests to confirm compliance with electronic product requirements.
