摘要
雄性不育在辣椒品种选育和产业可持续发展中具有重要价值。应用雄性不育系制种,不需要人工去雄,可降低劳动力成本及提高种子纯度。从辣椒雄性不育类型、细胞学特征、分子机制及品种选育等方面进行了综述,并对下一步研究进行了展望,旨为辣椒雄性不育分子机制的进一步研究及辣椒杂交育种提供理论参考。
Male sterility holds significant value in the breeding and sustainable industry development of pepper.The application of male-sterile lines in seed production eliminates the need for manual emasculation,reducing labor costs and enhancing seed purity.This paper provides a comprehensive review on the types,cytological characteristics,molecular mechanisms,and breeding practices related to male sterility in pepper,with the aim of offering theoretical insights for further research on the molecular mechanisms of male sterility and pepper hybrid breeding.
