摘要
个性化服务与常规化服务是图书馆信息服务的一体两面,某种程度上说既对立又统一,从时间维度看,某些个性化服务随着技术的发展和服务内容的深化逐渐转化为常规化服务,但总体来说,找到两者最佳结合点,依据各自馆情,合理配置资源,才是服务好读者,发展图书馆事业的正确途径。
Personalized services and routine services are two aspects of library information services.To some ex-tent,they are contradictory yet unified.From the perspective of time,some personalized services gradually trans-form into routine services with the development of technology and the deepening of service content.However,in general,finding the best combination of the two and allocating resources reasonably based on each library’ssit-uations is the right way to serve readers well and develop the library industry.
