摘要
设计出一副斜导柱滑块侧向抽芯机构的塑料支架注射模后,结合实际生产出现了塑件上有黑点、注不饱满、缩孔及脱模不顺畅等不良现象,再对塑料支架模具进行优化设计,主要通过适当的位置增加镶件和省模抛光中的工艺方法,从而解决塑件出现的各种缺陷,为客户获得了满意的产品。该模具结构合理、实用,可为同类产品的注射模设计和抛光加工提供参考和借鉴。
After designing a set of plastic bracket injection molds with oblique guide column slider lateral core-pulling mechanism,in combination with the actual production,there are bad phenomena such as black spots,full injection,shrinkage holes and smooth demolding of plastic parts.Then the plastic bracket molds are optimized.The design of the plastic bracket mold is mainly solved by adding inserts in an appropriate position and process methods in mold-saving polishing,so as to solve various defects of plastic parts and obtain satisfactory products for customers.This set of mold body structure is reasonable and practical,which can provide important reference for injection mold design and polishing processing technology methods for similar products.
