摘要
基于UG软件对三位五通电磁阀阀体进行模具设计,通过田口方法筛选压铸过程中模具温度,模具浇口和渣包的大小位置,以及压铸参数中铸造压力、填充时间、压射速度等,得到最优的模具结构和压铸工艺参数。试模结果表明:在优化的模具结构和工艺参数组合下,能够有效减少卷入气孔、内部缩松、缩孔。
Based on UG software,the die design for the three-way five-port electromagnetic valve was conducted.Utilizing the Taguchi method,the die temperature,size and positioning of gates and risers,along with die-casting parameters such as casting pressure,fll time,and injection speed,were systematically screened.This process aimed to attain the optimal die structure and die-casting process parameters for trial molding.The outcomes indicate that with the optimized die structure and process parameters,there's a notable reduction in trapped air bubbles,internal shrinkage,and cavities.
