摘要
广东省中等职业技术教育专业技能课程机械专业(钳工)的凸形块零件,加工工艺繁琐,切削余量不大,尺寸精度、表面粗糙度和形位公差都有一定要求。该零件材料为Q235(钢件),由于钢件材料在钳工加工过程中有一定难度,难锯削以及锉削和保证精度等,需采用锯弓、锉刀、千分尺等工量具。为了提高加工质量、加工效率,需借助台钻、虎钳进行加工;为了保证工件精度和垂直度要求,采用刀口角尺、千分尺等辅助检测,台虎钳装夹零件等辅助加工。
The convex block parts in the professional skills course examination of Guangdong secondary vocational and technical education(fitter)have complicated processing technology,small cutting allowance,and certain requirements for dimensional accuracy,surface roughness and geometric tolerance.The material of this part is Q235(steel part).Because the steel part material is difficult to sawing,filing and ensuring accuracy in the process of bench work,it is necessary to use tools such as saw bow,file and micrometer.In order to improve the processing efficiency,it is necessary to use a bench drll and vice for processing.In order to meet the requirements of the perpendicularity of the workpiece,the auxiliary inspection such as knife edge square and micrometer,and the auxiliary processing such as vise clamping are used.
