摘要
叶片是汽轮机中一个非常重要的零件,它的形状和加工表面质量是汽轮机性能好坏的一个重要影响因素。在叶片生产中,抛光工序又是其中一个关键工序。有公司正研究采用机器人来代替人工作业,但在机器人打磨过程中发现,叶片抛光过程中抛光量的测量是一个难题。探讨了采用无接触的3D测量方式对叶片的抛光量进行检测的方法。
Blade is a very important part of steam turbine,its shape and machining surface quality is an important factor affecting the performance of steam turbine.In blade production,polishing process is one of the key processes.Some companies are studying the use of robots to replace manual work.However,in the process of robot grinding,it is found that the measurement of polishing amount in the polishing process of blade is a difficult problem.This paper mainly discusses the non-contact 3D measurement method to detect the polishing of the blade.
