“产教赛创”融合的创新创业人才培养模式已成为高职院校数控技术专业培养创新创业人才的重要途径,其不仅有助于提高高职院校数控技术专业学生的创新创业能力和就业竞争力,还可以有效推动产学研合作的发展,实现校企的互利共赢。因此,高职院校应意识到“产教赛创”融合的重要性,加强产教深度融合,打造“产教赛创”综合育人的优质教学资源,完善创新创业教育体系,加强竞赛与教学的协调,以此提高教育效果。

The innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation model that integrates industry,education,competition,and innovation has become an important way for vocational colleges to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the CNC technology major.It not only helps to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and employment competitiveness of vocational college CNC technology students,but also effectively promotes the development of industry university research cooperation and achieves mutual benefit and win-win between schools and enterprises.Therefore,vocational colleges should recognize the importance of the integration of industry,education,competition,and innovation,strengthen the deep integration of industry,education,competition,and innovation,create high-quality teaching resources for comprehensive education,improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,strengthen the coordination between competition and teaching,and thus improve the effectiveness of education.
