“赛教融合”背景下高职院校“数控加工技术”技能型人才培养模式探索

摘要 结合本校实际情况,提出了“赛教结合、以赛促教、以赛促学”理念,以赛项和任务为驱动,激发学生学习技能兴趣。以“数控加工技术”为例,将技能大赛与教学过程相互结合,从实践探索研究,以专业技能为基础,技能大赛为导向,结合“理实一体化”模式,激发学生学习技能兴趣,提升技能型人才培养水平。 In conjunction with the actual situation of this school,this article proposes the concept of"combining education,promoting teaching with competition,and promoting learning",driven by competitions and tasks as a driver to stimulate students'interest in learning skills.The author takes"CNC processing technology"as an example to combine the skill contest with the teaching process.From practical exploration and research,based on professional skills,skill contests,combined with the"courageous integration"model to stimulate students'interest in learning skills.Improve the level of skill training.
