结合本校实际情况,提出了“赛教结合、以赛促教、以赛促学”理念,以赛项和任务为驱动,激发学生学习技能兴趣。以“数控加工技术”为例,将技能大赛与教学过程相互结合,从实践探索研究,以专业技能为基础,技能大赛为导向,结合“理实一体化”模式,激发学生学习技能兴趣,提升技能型人才培养水平。
