A335 P91材质高压蒸汽管道现场焊接技术要点

摘要 通过对A335P91材料性能及焊接性能的综合分析,以山东某化工有限公司新建45万吨/年乙烯装置为例,总结了焊接技术要点同时结合相关文献结果,对P91材质高压蒸汽管道现场焊接技术要求进行了详尽的介绍,并对焊接全过程进行了梳理。从技术措施、人员技能、材料、加工及焊接设备、组对、焊接、热处理、焊缝无损检测等各方面进行控制,现场施工质量得到了有效的保障,为更广泛地推广A335P91材料的使用提出了建议。 Based on the comprehensive analysis of A335P91 material properties and welding performance,taking the newly built 450,000 tons/year ethylene plant of Shandong Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example,the main points of welding technology were summarized and combined with the results of relevant literature,the technical requirements for on-site welding of P91 high pressure steam pipeline were introduced in detail,and the whole welding process was reviewed.By controlling various aspects such as technical measures,personnel skills,materials,processing and welding equipment,assembly,welding,heat treatment,and non-destructive testing of welds,the on-site construction quality is effectively guaranteed,and suggestions are put forward for the wider promotion of the use of A335 P91 material.
