摘要
为满足大型光伏电厂光伏组件清洗需求,提升清洗服务企业的市场竞争力,结合科技特派员工作,校企联合设计研发了“车载太阳能光伏组件自动清洗装置”。项目在现有洒水车的基础上,设计加装的光伏组件自动清洗装置,通过液压系统驱动刷轮旋转和主臂的旋转与升降,通过三组直流减速电机驱动蜗轮蜗杆实现刷轮吊架横向、纵向和俯仰的姿态调整,配以自动喷淋系统,降低了清洗成本、提升了清洗效率和效果,具有操作简单、方便实用等优点。
In order to meet the cleaning needs of photovoltaic modules in large-scale photovoltaic power plants and enhance the market competitiveness of cleaning service companies,combined with the work of science and technology commissioners,the school and enterprises jointly designed and developed a"vehicle-mounted solar photovoltaic module automatic cleaning device".Based on the existing sprinkler truck,the project designed and installed an automatic cleaning device for photovoltaic modules.The hydraulic system drives the rotation of the brush wheel and the rotation and lifting of the main arm.Three sets of DC reduction motors drive the worm gear to realize the horizontal direction of the brush wheel hanger,longitudinal and pitch attitude adjustment,coupled with an automatic spray system,reduce cleaning costs,improve cleaning efficiency and effect,and have the advantages of simple operation,convenience and practicality.
