摘要
从绿色设计、绿色工艺、绿色服役3个方面系统探讨了大型风电叶片模具绿色制造的关键技术,重点研究了模具轻量化设计、环保材料应用、智能化加工、表面强化处理、再制造等方面的新理念、新技术、新方法,为风电产业的健康可持续发展提供有力的装备技术支撑。
This article systematically explores the key technologies for green manufacturing of large-scale wind turbine blade molds from three aspects:green design,green process,and green service.The focus is on researching new concepts,technologies,and methods in mold lightweight design,application of environmentally friendly materials,intelligent processing,surface strengthening treatment,and remanufacturing.The aim is providing strong equipment and technical support for the healthy and sustainable development of the wind power industry.
