摘要
当前石油、天然气、化工、矿山等领域均涉及对透平压缩机的有效应用,可为其高效生产提供助力。但长期处于高功率、高速、高压运行状态下,压缩机转子极易在激振力的影响下出现失稳现象,继而增大出现振动故障的概率。为促进压缩机可靠、安全运行,需借助科学措施有效解决振动问题。从透平压缩机常见振动故障分析入手,并提出振动故障处理方法。
At present,the oil,natural gas,chemical industry,mining and other fields are involved in the effective application of turbine compressors,which can provide help for its efficient production.However,in the long-term operation of high power,high speed and high pressure,the compressor rotor is easily destabilized under the influence of exciting force,which increases the probability of vibration failure.In order to promote the reliable and safe operation of the compressor,it is necessary to use scientific measures to effectively solve the vibration problem.This paper starts with the analysis of common vibration faults of turbine compressors,and puts forward the treatment methods of vibration faults.
