通过智能化技术的推广和应用,可以提升煤矿勘测机械设备的运行效率、延长使用寿命,保障煤矿安全生产与可持续发展。首先介绍了煤矿勘测机械设备的主要功能、常见类型及其在实际运行中可能出现的故障与维护需求。随后,重点分析了智能检测技术在设备故障诊断中的应用,以及大数据与云计算在预测性维护中的关键作用。最后,针对煤矿勘测机械设备的智能化保养技术进行了深入探讨。
Through the promotion and application of intelligent technology,the operation efficiency of coal mine survey machinery and equipment can be improved,the service life can be extended,and the safety of coal mine production and sustainable development can be guaranteed.Firstly,the main functions,common types,and possible faults and maintenance requirements of coal mine surveying machinery equipment were introduced.Subsequently,the focus was on analyzing the application of intelligent detection technology in equipment fault diagnosis,as well as the key roles of big data and cloud computing in predictive maintenance.Finally,an in-depth discussion was conducted on the intelligent maintenance technology for coal mine surveying machinery and equipment.
