绿色低碳能源转型背景下的新型乡村能源体系形态特征与关键技术

摘要 随着“双碳”目标和乡村振兴战略的推进,乡村能源体系正面临着绿色低碳转型的新局面。由于多元源荷规模化接入配电网和用户侧柔性调节能力增强,乡村能源体系的形态特征发生了巨大改变,对规划配置、运行管控等提出了新的挑战。针对绿色低碳能源转型背景下的政策要求和发展目标,分析了新型乡村能源体系源侧、荷侧新形态,明确了当前乡村能源体系面临的主要问题,提出了新型乡村能源体系发展需要突破的关键技术。进一步对新型乡村能源体系相关问题的解决思路进行了探讨。 With the advancement of the"dual carbon"targets and rural revitalization strategies,the rural energy system is facing a new situation of green and low-carbon transformation.Due to the large-scale integration of multiple energy sources and the enhancement of flexible regulation capabilities on the user side,the morphological characteristics of the rural energy system have undergone significant changes,posing new challenges to planning and configuration,operation and control,etc.In the context of the policy requirements and development goals under the green and low-carbon energy transformation,this paper analyzes the new forms of the source side and load side of the new type of rural energy system,clarifies the main problems faced by the current rural energy system,and proposes the key technologies that need to be broken through for the development of the new type of rural energy system.Furthermore,the paper discusses the solutions to the related issues of the new type of rural energy system.
