化工企业财务风险管理中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Financial Risk Management of Chemical Enterprises

化工企业在推动中国经济发展方面发挥着重要的作用。随着社会的发展及市场经济的完善,中国化工企业的数量逐渐增多,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业财务面临的风险问题也不断增多,加强财务风险管理对化工企业发展有着积极的影响。目前,中国部分化工企业缺少对财务风险管理必要性的认识,缺乏完善的财务风险管理机制。对此,文章结合财务风险管理相关概述,重点阐述了化工企业财务风险管理中存在的部分问题,在对问题进行分析的基础上,提出了对策和防范措施,以期对化工企业的管理和发展提供有益的参考。

Chemical enterprises play an important role in promoting China’s economic development.With the development of society and the perfection of market economic,the number of chemical enterprises in China is increasing gradually,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the risk problems faced by enterprises’finance are also increasing.Strengthening financial risk management has a positive impact on the development of chemical enterprises.At present,some chemical enterprises in China lack understanding of the necessity of financial risk management and perfect financial risk management mechanism.In this regard,this paper combined with the overview of financial risk management,focuses on some problems existing in the financial risk management of chemical enterprises,based on the analysis of the problems,puts forward countermeasures and preventive measures,in order to provide useful reference for the management and development of chemical enterprises.
