三通管件试压过程中发生破裂的失效原因分析

摘要 某天然气输气站站内工艺管道的等径三通在水压测试过程中发生破裂,该三通型号为PN110-DN500-12.70-A234 WPB,规格为外径508 mm、公称厚度12.7 mm、材质A234 WPB,与三通连接的直管材质为X60 PSL2。文章对破裂的三通进行取样检测分析,并利用有限元分析对破裂时的管件受力情况进行模拟,经过勘验取证后查明失效原因,针对暴露出的质量与安全问题,提出了防范性整改措施建议。 The isodiametric tee of a process pipeline in a natural gas transmission station ruptured during hydraulic testing.The model of tee was PN110-DN500-12.70-A234 WPB,with an outer diameter of 508 mm and a nominal thickness of 12.7 mm,the material is A234 WPB,and the straight pipe connected with the tee tube is X60 PSL2.In this paper,the rupured tee was sampled and analyzed,and the stress of the pipe fitting was simulated by finite element analysis.After investigation and evidence collection,the cause of failure was found out.In view of the exposed quality and safety problems,preventive corrective measures were put forward.
