摘要
在低温环境下(-20℃以下)工作的压力容器、管道等需要采用低温钢制造,这就对压力容器的原材料选择、焊接工艺、质量控制等都提出了很高的技术要求。低温设备用钢最常用的是16MnDR,其广泛用于液化石油气、液化氧气等产品的存储容器、管道等,能够在-40℃的低温环境下使用。因此文章针对采用16MnDR制造的压力容器开展焊接工艺研究,对焊接接头的力学性能、焊缝的宏观和微观形貌以及焊接质量控制方面展开分析,总结了低温压力容器用钢的焊接工艺、焊缝力学性能、焊缝的宏观和微观形貌,提出了低温压力容器用钢的焊接质量控制要点。
Pressure vessels and pipelines that work in low-temperature environments(below-20℃)need to be made of lowtemperature steel,which puts forward high technical requirements for raw material selection,welding process and quality control of pressure vessels.The most commonly used steel for low-temperature equipment is 16MnDR,which is widely used in storage containers and pipelines of liquefied petroleum gas and liquefied oxygen and other products,and can be used in a low temperature environment of -40℃.Therefore,this paper studies the welding process of the pressure vessel manufactured with 16MnDR,analyzes the mechanical properties of the welded joint,the macro and micro morphology of the weld and the welding quality control,and summarizes the welding process,the mechanical properties of the weld and the macro and micro morphology of the weld for the low-temperature pressure vessel steel.The key points of welding quality control of steel for low temperature pressure vessel are put forward.
