摘要
本文利用从土壤中筛选出的土著优势菌种对含油污泥进行修复研究,采取通风、保湿等措施创造适宜微生物生长的环境条件,强化石油烃降解效果,考察了生物修复及联合处理等不同处理工艺下的石油烃去除效果。实验结果显示,针对初始含油率为5%的含油污泥,单独使用微生物修复的方法,经过180 d后含油率可降低到0.65%,石油烃降解率为87.4%;采用微生物—植物联合修复的方法,经过45 d中试实验后,含油污泥含油率可降低到2%以下;在微生物—植物工艺基础上,继续采用深度化学氧化方法进行处理,总降解率可达91%。因此,“微生物+植物+深度氧化”联合处理工艺可有效提高含油污泥中石油类的降解率,进一步助推油气田行业含油污泥修复治理的绿色低碳转型发展。
Indigenous predominant bacteria isolated and cultivated from the local soil were applied in the experiment,and in order to enhance the biodegradation efficiency of oily sludge,measures of venting and moisture-retention were adopted to improve the environment for microorganism′s growth,and the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbon in oily sludge treated by different methods was investigated.The oil content of the oily sludge could be reduced from 5% to 0.65% after 180 days of microbial degradation,and the degradation rate of the petroleum hydrocarbon in the oily sludge was 87.4%.When the plant-microorganism combined bioremediation process was adopted in the pilot test,the oil content could be reduced to 2% after 45 days of treatment.On the basis of plant-microorganism combined treatment,the oil content of the sludge of pilot test could be further reduced after the deep oxidation treatment,and the total degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbon in oily sludge could reach 91%.The experimental results show that plant-microorganism-advanced oxidation combined treatment technology could be adopted to effectively reduce the oil content within a relatively short period,which could further promote the development of green and low carbon transformation of remediation of oily sludge in oil and gas enterprises.
