基于区间过电压风险的分布式光伏接纳能力区间仿射分析

摘要 随着配电网分布式光伏渗透率的不断增加,配电网的光伏接纳能力研究日益受到关注,而科学合理的光伏接纳能力评估技术能有效指导光伏的规划与建设。对此,提出一种基于区间过电压风险的分布式光伏接纳能力区间仿射分析方法。首先,分析分布式光伏接入对配电网的影响,并通过不确定性潮流计算,得到电压的仿射区间;然后,采用静态电压指标剔除静态电压稳定性薄弱节点,在光伏接纳能力随机场景生成方法的基础上,引入区间过电压风险的概念,给出考虑区间过电压风险下可接纳光伏的不确定性容量计算方法;最后,仿真在IEEE 33节点配电系统中通过调节区间过电压风险阈值λmax,使得光伏接纳容量得到较大提升。仿真结果表明,所提出的策略能够准确估计光伏规划不确定性带来的配电网过电压风险,并给出合理的光伏接纳容量。 With the continuous increase of distributed photovoltaic penetration in the distribution network,the research on photovoltaic acceptance capacity of distribution network has attracted more and more attention,and scientific and reasonable photovoltaic acceptance capacity evaluation technology can effectively guide the planning and construction of photovoltaic.Thus,this paper proposes an interval affine analysis method of distributed photovoltaic acceptance capacity based on interval overvoltage risk.Firstly,it analyzes the influence of distributed photovoltaic access on the distribution network,and the affine interval of voltage is obtained by uncertain power flow calculation.Then,it uses the static voltage index to eliminate the weak nodes of static voltage stability.On the basis of the random scene generation method of photovoltaic acceptance capacity,the paper introduces the concept of interval overvoltage risk and gives the calculation method of uncertain capacity of photovoltaic acceptance considering interval overvoltage risk.Finally,by adjusting the interval overvoltage risk threshold value in the IEEE 33-bus distribution system,the obtained photovoltaic acceptance capacity has been greatly improved.The results show that the proposed strategy can accurately estimate the overvoltage risk of the distribution network caused by the uncertainty of photovoltaic planning,and give a reasonable photovoltaic acceptance capacity.
