The melt conveying process,spinneret process,cooling process and draw-setting process in the production of 22 dtex/24 f fine-denier polyester full drawn yarn(FDY)are analyzed and discussed in detail.The production practice shows that the Wings FDY equipment with 8-roll used in the production of this product has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and short flow,which can effectively reduce the production cost of FDY,and has certain practical guidance for the application of equipment and the devel-opment of new varieties.
