控制聚丙烯膨体长丝线密度变异系数的探讨

摘要 通过优选挤压机和纺丝箱温度,观察计量泵齿轮的磨损状况,选择喷丝板使用周期,确保分丝正确,保证预牵伸辊和主牵伸辊上缠绕圈数相同,控制膨化变形长丝线密度变异系数小于1.50%,确保了膨化变形长丝连续稳定生产。 By optimizing the temperature of the extruder and the spinning box,observing the wear condition of the gear of the metering pump,selecting the service cycle of the spinnerets,ensuring the correct filaments splitting,ensuring the same number of winding coils on the predraft roll and the main draft roll,controlling the variation coefficient of the bulked continuous filament linear density less than 1.50%,the continuous and stable production of bulked continuous filament is ensured.
