玄武岩纤维增强建筑结构灌浆料的耐高温性能

摘要 以短切玄武岩纤维的掺加量和长度为研究要素,评估了掺入玄武岩纤维的高强灌浆料在经历不同热处理温度和300℃热震处理后的强度损失、体积变化及质量变化。研究表明,玄武岩纤维可有效改善热处理后灌浆料的强度比,尤其是抗折强度比,并可降低热处理后灌浆料的收缩和质量损失。经过300℃热震处理后,玄武岩纤维不仅能提高灌浆料的抗压强度比,还能显著减少体积膨胀现象。 Taking the addition amount and length of short cut basalt fiber as the research factors,the strength loss,volume change,and mass change of high-strength grouting materials mixed with basalt fibers after different heat treatment temperatures and 300℃thermal shock treatment were mainly evaluated.Re-search shows that basalt fibers can effectively improve the strength ratio,especially the flexural strength ra-tio,and can reduce the shrinkage and mass loss of grouting materials after heat treatment.After thermal shock treatment at the temperature of 300℃,basalt fibers can not only improve the compressive strength ra-tio of grouting materials,but also significantly reduce volume expansionphenomenon.
