废旧针织天丝面料的脱色工艺研究

摘要 为了更有效地对废旧纺织品进行回收利用,并降低回收的工艺成本和对环境的影响,对废旧针织天丝面料进行组分分析,并选择采用H2O2溶液对面料进行脱色处理,通过单因素试验探究H2O2溶液体积分数、脱色温度和脱色时间对织物白度的影响,得出最优工艺。结果表明,优化后的废旧针织天丝面料脱色工艺为:H2O2溶液体积分数10%、脱色温度100℃、脱色时间60min。 In order to recycle waste textiles more effectively,and reduce the process cost and impact on the environment,the components of waste knitted tencel fabric were analyzed,and H2O2 solution was selected to decolorize the fabric.The influence of H2O2 solution volume fraction,decolorization temperature and decol-orization time on the whiteness of the fabric was investigated through single factor test,and the optimal pro-cess was obtained.The results show that the optimized decolorization processes of waste knitted tencel fab-ric are as follows:H2O2 solution volume fraction 10%,decolorization temperature 100℃,decolorization time 60 min.
