纺织印染废水处理技术现状及研究进展

摘要 本文针对纺织印染废水的主要水质特征、污染物组成和来源,综述了目前国内外纺织印染行业常用的处理工艺(机制、效果及优缺点),包括物理处理(吸附、膜分离),物化处理(离子交换、超声波降解),化学处理(混凝-絮凝、高级氧化、电化学),生物处理(好氧、厌氧及组合工艺、生物强化工艺),并总结了多种组合工艺对印染废水的处理效果.最后,对纺织印染废水处理未来的发展方向进行了展望. Based on the main water quality characteristics,pollutant composition and sources of textile printing and dyeing wastewater,this article reviews the commonly used treatment processes(mechanisms,effects,advantages and disadvantages)in the textile printing and dyeing industry summarized,including physical treatment(adsorption,membrane separation),physical and chemical treatment(ion exchange,ultrasonic degradation),chemical treatment(coagulation-flocculation,advanced oxidation,electrochemistry),biological treatment(aerobic,anaerobic and combined processes;bioaugmentation processes),and summarizes the treatment effects of various combined processes on printing and dyeing wastewater.Finally,it prospects the future development direction of textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.
