免耕播种机可调节式覆土镇压装置的设计

摘要 播种时覆土镇压作业的质量对作物出苗和产量具有一定影响。针对现有的播种机覆土镇压装置作业效果不佳的问题,设计一种可调节式覆土镇压装置,并在整体结构优化改进的基础上,增设镇压力测控系统,以期在作业过程中实现自动调节,从而提高覆土镇压作业质量。 The quality of soil cover operation during seeding has certain influence on crop emergence and yield.In view of the problem of poor operation effect of the existing soil cover and suppression device of seeder,an adjustable soil cover and suppression device is designed,and the suppression force measurement and control system is added on the basis of the overall structure optimization and improvement,which can realize automatic adjustment during operation,so as to improve the quality of soil cover and suppression operation.
