摘要
免耕播种机在作业时容易出现秸秆缠绕、根茬堵塞等问题。为此,设计一种新型秸秆清理装置,并介绍其总体结构、作业原理和关键零部件设计。样机试验结果表明,免耕播种机在作业时,秸秆清理装置具有较强的入土和破茬能力,且滑移量小、对土壤的扰动弱,表现出较好的破茬及防缠绕作业效果,可为免耕播种机秸秆清理装置的设计提供新思路。
Problems such as stalk entanglement and stubble clogging occur during the operation of no-till seeder.A new type of straw cleaning device is designed,and the overall structure,operation principle and design of key components are introduced.The test results show that,the device has a strong ability to bury and break stubble,the slippage is small,little disturbance to the soil,showing better stubble breaking and anti-winding operation effect,and it also provides a new thought for the design of straw cleaning device of no-tillage seeder.
