摘要
在玉米免耕播种作业中,开沟器在秸秆残茬覆盖的地表作业时,会存在施肥播种单体偏摆甚至掉垄的问题。基于国外垄作侧深施肥开沟器的研发经验及玉米免耕播种作业的实际需求,从减少开沟阻力和增加作业稳定性两方面来介绍开沟器的设计和研发现状,以期为进一步提升开沟器的性能提供理论参考。
In the no-till sowing operation of corn,the problem of tilting and even ridge dropping of the fertilizing monomer will occur when the furrow opener works on the ground covered with stubble.Based on the research and development experience of the furrow opener in foreign countries and the actual demand of the no-tillage sowing operation,the design and development status of the furrow opener were introduced from the two aspects of reducing the resistance of furrow opening and increasing the stability of the operation,so as to provide theoretical reference for further improving the performance of the furrow opener.
