摘要
痛风性关节炎是由体内尿酸盐沉积导致的以关节疼痛坏死为主要病症的疾病,通常简称为痛风。痛风的发病机制复杂,已上市的治疗药物少。由于患病人数的上升,痛风得到了研究人员的广泛关注。近些年中药治疗痛风展现出了良好的效果与优势,但就治疗靶点与治疗机制的研究并不完善。为进一步开发治疗痛风的药物,本文特对痛风的发病机制进行综述,以期为后续研究做出指导。
Gouty arthritis is a disease caused by the deposition of uric acid in body,and it is usually known as gout.Joint pain and necrosis always occars to the patients.The pathogenesis of gout is complex.Only few therapeutic drugs for gout are on the market.Due to the increase in the number of patients,gout has been widely concerned by researchers.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has shown good effects and advantages in the treatment of gout,but the research on the treatment target and treatment mechanism is not clear.In order to further develop drugs to treat gout,the pathogenesis of gout is reviewed in order to provide guidance for follow-up research.
