Analysis of the global burden of urticaria from 1990 to 2019

目的:评价全球荨麻疹疾病负担和流行病学特征。方法:基于2019年全球疾病负担数据库,根据年份、性别、年龄、社会人口学指数(SDI)和国家,分析1990-2019年全球荨麻疹年龄标准化的发病率(ASIR)、患病率(ASPR)及年龄标准化DALY率(ASDR)的变化,使用Spearman相关系数分析国家人均GDP与荨麻疹疾病负担的关系。结果:女性荨麻疹的ASIR、ASPR和ASDR显著高于男性,小于5岁年龄组儿童荨麻疹ASIR、ASPR和ASDR最高,大于95岁年龄组最低。SDI较低地区的荨麻疹疾病负担高于指数高的地区。2019年荨麻疹疾病负担最高的三个国家是尼泊尔、波兰、巴基斯坦。国家人均GDP与ASIR、ASPR和ASDR呈负相关。结论:发展水平较低的地区和国家,以及妇女、儿童的荨麻疹疾病负担相对较高。

Objective:To investigate the global disease burden and epidemiological characteristics of urticaria from 1990 to 2019.Methods:Based on the Global Burden of Disease database 2019,we analyzed the global age-standardized incidence rate(ASIR),prevalence rate(ASPR),and age-standardized DALY rate(ASDR)of urticaria from 1990 to 2019 according to the year,sex,age,social index(SDI),the national population and the association between national GDP per capita and disease burden of urticaria was analyzed by Spearman correlation coefficient.Results:The ASIR,ASPR and ASDR of urticaria in females were significantly higher than those in males.The ASIR,ASPR and ASDR of urticaria in children under 5 years old were the highest,and those over 95 years old were the lowest.The burden of urticaria in SDI lower region was higher than high index areas.The first three countries with the highest burden of urticaria in 2019 were Nepal,Poland and Pakistan.National GDP per capita was negatively correlated with ASIR,ASPR and ASDR.Conclusion:Regions and countries with lower levels of development,as well as women and children,have a relatively high burden of urticaria disease.
