法律职业伦理教育作为培养德法兼修的高素质法治人才的基础工程,在我国法学教育体系中占据着重要地位,法律职业伦理教育重视对于学生职业伦理素养意识的塑造,而传统法学教育下注重知识传授的模式不能满足新时代对于法律职业伦理教育的要求,法律职业伦理教育要根据自身特点进行改进完善,重视发挥实践教育的作用,将法律职业伦理的引导贯彻到法学专业教育的全过程。法学教育应当树立对于法律职业伦理教育在培养高素质法治人才独立价值的认识,重视完善法律职业伦理课程体系建设,以科学的内容构成与成果检验机制不断优化法律职业伦理课程体系,引导法科学子对法律职业伦理的规范构成予以认同和遵守。
