摘要
当前,OBE教育理念以其结果性导向的特点逐渐引起人们的关注,我国国内对该理念的接受度逐渐普遍和认可度逐步提高。以法律硕士(非法学)教育为中心,发现新时代研究生教育质量评价体系已经相对完善,但在评价理念上、评价主体多元化上、评价指标的市场化和实效化上尚存在些许问题。面对上述问题,在OBE能力建设的理念指导下,了解我国研究生教育质量评价体系的实际困境,可针对上述几个方面构建打破该困境的现实路径,以期形成可操作、可推广的成果,助力新时代研究生教育质量评价体系健全。
Currently,the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept is gaining attention for its outcome-ori-ented characteristics.Acceptance of this concept is gradually becoming more widespread and its recognition is steadily increasing within China.The quality evaluation system for graduate education in the new era has become relatively complete,but there are still some issues regarding the diversification of evaluation entities and the mar-ketization and effectiveness of evaluation indicators.To address these problems,this study focuses on the education of Master of Laws(non-law background),utilizing the guiding principles of OBE for capacity building.It aims to propose practical pathways to overcome the existing challenges in the quality evaluation system for graduate educa-tion in China.The goal is to develop results that are operable and replicable,thereby contributing to the improve-ment of the quality evaluation system for graduate education in the new era.
