隆昌市石牌坊是一座充满着法治方法和社会治理智慧的思想宝库,其中所蕴含的“民为邦本”“以和为贵”“德法结合”等思想,对于隆昌市法治建设以及基层社会治理具有重要的指导意义和实践价值。对石牌坊优秀传统法律文化中具有当代价值的内容进行梳理研究,并就其中具有规律性的元素进行归纳总结,探索优秀传统法律文化在基层社会治理中的实践与运用,以期为隆昌市基层社会治理体系和治理能力的现代化、法治化提供理论资源和创新思路。

The stone archway in Longchang City is a treasure trove of legal methodologies and social govern-ance wisdom,embodying the concepts of"people as the foundation of the state,""harmony is precious,"and"combination of virtue and law."These ideas have significant guiding implications and practical value for the rule of law construction and grassroots social governance in Longchang City.This study aims to analyze and synthesize the contemporary valuable aspects of the excellent traditional legal culture represented by the stone archway,summari-zing its systematic elements.It explores the practical application of this excellent traditional legal culture in grassro-ots social governance,with the goal of providing theoretical resources and innovative approaches to modernizing and legalizing the governance system and capacity at the grassroots level in Longchang City.
