摘要
泥水盾构机在各种复杂地层施工时,会产生大量废浆。面对粉砂、细砂、粉砂岩、石英砂岩、泥质粉砂岩、凝灰角砾岩、淤泥质粉质粘土和粉质粘土等各种不同地层,废浆量没有方法进行估算,无法决定废浆处理工艺选择与配套设施。因此如何预估工程施工产生废浆量是当前泥水盾构项目的一处盲区。现如今,国内废浆处理工艺各有优劣,是否有一种针对泥水盾构的处理工艺,进行高效、环保的处理。本文以芜湖城南过江隧道工程为背景,总结出可估算出盾构施工废浆的公式,并提出一种高效的泥浆固化处理工艺。
Mud water shield tunneling machines generate a large amount of waste slurry during construction in various complex geological formations.There is no method to estimate the amount of waste slurry generated when facing various different formations such as silt,fine sand,siltstone,quartz sandstone,muddy siltstone,tuff breccia,silty clay,and silty clay,and it is also impossible to determine how to choose the treatment process and matching facilities for waste slurry.Therefore,how to estimate the amount of waste slurry generated during construction is a blind spot in current slurry shield tunneling projects.Nowadays,domestic waste slurry treatment processes have their own advantages and disadvantages.Is there a treatment process for slurry shield tunneling that is efficient and environmentally friendly.This article takes the Wuhu City South Cross River Tunnel Project as the background,summarizes the formulas that can estimate the engineering waste slurry,and proposes an efficient mud solidification treatment process.
