寒冷地区海水源热泵防冻液对输送能耗的影响

摘要 寒冷地区采用海水源热泵冬季供热需在中介水中加入防冻液以防止海水温度较低,但由于防冻液的理化性质有一定差异,这会对系统的输送能耗产生影响。通过建立系统输送能耗与防冻液物性参数的数学计算模型,并以系统制热量为约束条件,计算分析30%丙三醇溶液、20%乙二醇溶液、13.6%氯化钠溶液、14.7%氯化钙溶液对系统输送能耗的影响。研究结果表明,当系统制热量一定时,与水相比,丙三醇溶液输送能耗增加35%~40%,而乙二醇溶液、氯化钠溶液及氯化钙溶液输送能耗均有一定程度的降低,可知部分防冻液具有减小管路阻力的作用。以青岛某海水源热泵系统为例,对添加防冻液后的水泵能耗进行跟踪分析。 In cold regions,using seawater source heat pumps for winter heating requires adding antifreeze to the intermediate water to prevent lower seawater temperatures.However,due to the differences in the physicochemical properties of antifreeze,this can affect the energy consumption of the system's transportation.By establishing a mathematical calculation model for the energy consumption of system transportation and the physical parameters of antifreeze,and using the system heating capacity as a constraint,the impact of 30% glycerol solution,20% ethylene glycol solution,13.6% sodium chloride solution,and 14.7% calcium chloride solution on the energy consumption of system transportation is calculated and analyzed.The research results show that when the heating capacity of the system is constant,compared with water,the energy consumption of glycerol solution transportation increases by 35%~40%,while the energy consumption of ethylene glycol solution,sodium chloride solution,and calcium chloride solution transportation is reduced to a certain extent.It can be concluded that some antifreeze solutions have the effect of reducing pipeline resistance.Taking a seawater source heat pump system in Qingdao as an example,the energy consumption of the water pump after adding antifreeze is tracked and analyzed.
