基于健康监测系统的斜拉桥快速评定方法研究

摘要 荷载试验是评估桥梁承载能力的最主要手段,但传统荷载试验加载时间久,加载成本高,且需要封闭交通。本文在某斜拉桥上进行快速荷载试验,基于健康监测系统实测值与实际检测值对比发现,单车道车辆加载时实测值与理论值吻合性较好,可一定程度上代替常规静态荷载试验。多车道同时加载时,跨中变形较大处吻合较好。结果表明基于健康监测系统的快速荷载试验评估方法快捷,对交通影响小,测试效率高,可实现随时对桥梁进行快速评估,为定期养护和日常维护管理提供依据和参考。 The load test is the most important means to evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge,but the traditional load test has a long loading time,high loading cost,and needs to close the traffic.Based on the comparison between the measured and actual measured values of the health monitoring system,it is found that the measured values are in good agreement with the theoretical values when the single-lane vehicles are loaded,which can replace the conventional static load test to a certain extent.When multiple lanes are loaded at the same time,the deformation in the middle of the span is better at the place.The results show that the rapid load test evaluation method based on the health monitoring system is fast,has little impact on traffic,and has high test efficiency,which can realize the rapid evaluation of the bridge at any time,and provide a basis and reference for regular maintenance and daily maintenance management.
