摘要
高层房屋建筑就是指楼层比较高的建筑,包括办公楼、酒店、住宅楼、商业综合体等,其具备高度集成和多元化的特点。在高层房屋建筑设计中,需要考虑很多元素,如承受力、抗震性、风力等,以此来保证竣工后高层房屋建筑的安全性、稳定性和可持续性。近几年,高层房屋建筑已逐渐成为城市景观标志性的元素,是城市化的象征,规模也越来越大,相应的施工技术也在不断创新。然而,受一些因素的影响,高层房屋建筑依然会出现安全事故。基于此,对高层房屋建筑施工进行研究,通过分析其施工技术的价值等,结合目前一些安全事故,就做好施工技术的要点提出自己的见解,以此来为相关人员提供参考。
High-rise buildings refer to buildings with relatively high floors,including office buildings,hotels,residential buildings,commercial complexes,etc.,which have the characteristics of high integration and diversification.In the design of high-rise buildings,many elements need to be taken into account,such as load-bearing capacity,seismic resistance,wind force,etc.,in order to ensure the safety,stability,and sustainability of the completed highrise building.In recent years,high-rise buildings have gradually become a landmark element of urban landscape,a symbol of urbanization,and their scale is also increasing.Corresponding construction technologies are also constantly innovating.However,due to some factors,there are still occasional news of safety accidents in high-rise buildings.Therefore,this article is based on this to study the construction of high-rise buildings.It analyzes the value of its construction technology,combined with some safety accidents that have been exposed,and puts forward its own opinions on the key points of doing a good job in construction technology,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
