With the development of urbanization and industrial upgrading,old areas and industrial sites in cities need to adapt to the development needs of modern cities,and the transformation of old industrial facilities has become a key link in urban renewal.In the context of rapid urbanization,many old buildings need to be renovated urgently to meet the development needs of modern cities,while protecting their historical and cultural values has become a challenge.This article provides a comprehensive and in-depth research path through the case of the "Yancheng 20203201 Land(formerly Meat Union Factory plot) Cultural and Creative Project" renovation project,from the historical background of the project to the future prospects,and then to the implementation of the design scheme.Through project empirical research and case analysis,the aims is to provide important theoretical and practical guidance for the protection of industrial heritage and the sustainable development of urban space.
