摘要
由于煤矿井下属于爆炸性环境,且井下吊运作业机器人工作环境复杂,为确保机器人动力不间断并自动完成充电风险评估,本文设计一种机器人充电风险自动评估方法。通过构建风险监测模型,判断充电桩工作状态是否会出现异常,完成自动评估。可以实现安全充电功能,侧置式充电模式存在异常。选取风险评估指标,计算总体安全评估得分为82.67,属于较安全等级。说明该方法能客观地反映煤矿井下吊运作业机器人智能充电的风险,具有应用可行性。
Due to the explosive environment in coal mines and the complex working environment of underground lifting robots,an automatic risk assessment method for robot charging is designed in this paper to ensure uninterrupted power and automatic completion of charging risk assessment.By constructing a risk monitoring model,it is possible to determine whether there will be any abnormalities in the working status of the charging station and complete automatic evaluation.It can achieve safe charging function,and there will be an abnormality in the side charging mode.Selecting risk assessment indicators,the overall safety assessment score is calculated to be 82.67,which belongs to a relatively safe level.This method can objectively reflect the risks of intelligent charging of coal mine underground lifting operation robots and has practical application feasibility.
