摘要
在铁路隧道建设过程中,防排水工程对安全、质量、施工进度以及后期的运维有着重要影响,尤其高原富水软岩隧道施工环境恶劣,地质条件复杂,过程难以控制更易发生渗漏、衬砌开裂等病害。本文以拉林铁路二标,杰德秀1#隧道为依托对高原富水软岩隧道防排水技术开展研究,通过对现有的常规反坡防排水施工方案进行优化,计算确定机械排水设备水泵、水仓、管道型号,采取袖阀注浆工艺对隧底进行加固,同时明确了结构防水施工质量控制要点。
In the process of the railway tunnel construction,the anti-drainage engineering has an important impact on the safety,quality,construction schedule and later operation and maintenance.Especially,the construction environment of the soft rock tunnel in plateau and water-rich places is harsh,the geological conditions are complex,and the process is difficult to control making it more prone to leakage,lining cracking,and other diseases.This paper studies the anti-drainage technology of the soft rock tunnel in plateau and waterrich places based on the second standard of Lalin Railway and Jiedexiu 1# tunnel.By optimizing the existing conventional reverse slope anti-drainage construction plan,the models of mechanical drainage equipment such as water pumps,water tanks,and pipelines are calculated and determined.Sleeve valve grouting technology is adopted to reinforce the bottom of the tunnel,and the quality control points of structural anti-drainage construction are clarified.
