摘要
施工阶段是在建筑全寿命周期中所占时间最长、工序最多、涉及参与人员最多的过程,是BIM技术应用需考虑的重要环节,施工阶段BIM的应用主要有两方面,一是“组织”层面的工程管理方面;二是“技术”层面的工程实施方面;两个方面相互依赖相互制约,共同为工程施工阶段的目标实现提供有效保障。对实际工程复杂节点的BIM施工应用进行探索,用BIM基础建模软件建立节点三维模型,在可视化仿真软件Navisworks中进行动画演示,并制作成技术交底视频,提供施工阶段BIM的动态可视化资料,并提供施工阶段BIM应用的可行性依据。
Construction phase is the process that takes the longest time,has the most processes and involves the most participants in the whole building life cycle,and it is also an important aspect to be considered in the application of BIM technology.The application of BIM during the construction phase mainly includes two aspects:one is the engineering management at the “organizational” level and the second is the engineering implementation at the “technical” level.The two aspects depend on each other and restrict each other,jointly providing effective guarantee for the realization of the goal in the stage of project construction.This paper explores the BIM construction application of the complex nodes in practical engineering.BIM basic modeling software is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the node,which is animated and demonstrated in the visual simulation software Navisworks and then makes it a technical disclosure video to provide dynamic visualization data of BIM and the feasibility basis for BIM application during the construction phase.
